Very clean, functional and well-furnished rooms. Simple but good buffet breakfast. Located at a nice, safe and quiet street off Connaught Place alongside a few foreign embassies.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. And it is conveniently close to Connaugh Place, where you can find several good restaurants, and both the underground stations (the express link to the airport and the metro line that takes you to the city centre).
It can be difficult to find. Taxi drivers won't know it by the name. There's no sign of the building being a hotel (probably a good deterrent to local people trying to offer you rides or tours around Delhi). People on the street will try to mislead you to another hotel/travel agency to get a commission, but that's just Delhi, not the hotel's fault.
The location just 200 meters from Connaught place, lot of shopping and restaurants around the corner. I got a free upgrade to a very spacious suite. Bed was very good. The also provided me with an early simple breakfast in my room before my trip to the Taj Mahal.
Taxi drivers do not know the hotel, so just ask them to bring you to Hanuman Road and then find number 52. There is no hotel sign at the gate, only the number of the property.
Very friendly staff with great facilities. The location is outstanding if you looking to travel around New Delhi,the metro is very close and the drivers are very friendly. Great breakfast and hot showers, doesn't get much better in India!

Very wierd policies when it came to time extension for check out. They should co-ordinate with local logisitcs, and allow some leeway for customers.

I found this a perfect place for a Delhi business trip: Location - only 5 minutes walk from Connaught Place and Metro and 10 minutes walk from Airport Expressway. Staff - friendly, helpful, courteous. Facilities - bright, modern and functional. Breakfast - a good selection of food.

A bit expensive but then centrally located, next Connaught Place. Although we were there for one night, overall it was a good experience. Clean and comforting rooms. We even had a microwave in the room!

Good location, walking distance from airport metro and yellow line. Close to shoping area. Everything in the room was working and reasonably clean (it is India...). Personnel is good.
Windows are opaque and this is understandable as the view is awkward. The location is a bit difficult to find and the buildings/road within 100m are in a poor state. Breakfast was poor. Ac is noisy.

This was a bad hotel. From the moment we stepped through the door hotel staff tried to sell us a tour. We woke up to find hundreds of dead and dying fleas covering the bathroom surfaces. We told management and they were completely uninterested. Breakfast was poor. A big disappointment.
