Good location and very convenient to travel around the city, easy to find autos though you should be ready to negotiate at times. The complementary breakfast is excellent and the staff is very polite. Rooms are well equipped and decorated aesthetically. Every staff there was extremely nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well equiped. I and my friend were very happy tht we chose this hotel. Will definately stay there again.

The location of the hotel is ideal for any tourist. The staffs were excellent and were very accomodating to our needs. They surprised by ensuring we had a room to freshen up before leaving for our late night flight. keep it up. Very good service and very nice staff. The rooms and bathrooms are well designed and very comfortable. Good breakfast. Very well located. The road leading from mg Road to the hotel. The hotel could put a sign posts at the entrance of this road as well as few meters ahead on mg Road, which will make getting to the hotel easier. Not well sign-posted (difficult to find) Some signs of dampness in the room Safe in room was not functioning Only one internet code (i.e. wifi could only be used on one device). noise of bathrooms. The room given to us was in a very bad condition as its fixtures were all either broken or not working properly. I hope they improve in the ambiance of their rooms. Few mosquito bites. Room service menu and food in restaurant limited and not very choice.
