location - 3 minutes from the Arkad mall, and 5 minutes walk from the
city center - , beautiful restaurant, beautiful room, parking garage. I

I arrived at 8 am, and I got the room immediately. It was very clean and comfortable. I was offered a bigger room the following day at no extra cost. The mature front desk assistant was very friendly and accommodating, it was a great experience staying here because of her, thanks. -

Staff were terrific, breakfast was superb, spa/sauna is a must - just ask the staff to heat it up for you. Towels, robes and water were provided free of charge. Secure parking. -

Surprisingly modern. The bathroom was clean and functional. The basement breakfast room was very cheery. A lovely, very Hungarian studio apartment with high ceilings and period features. Plenty of space for a family of five, plus its own kitchen and bathroom and communal space outside.
The owner was very friendly and welcoming and even did a load of laundry for us when we asked. She doesn't speak much English but her son does.
Location is a quiet suburb close to the centre of Szeged and the university, walking distance or hop on a tram or bus nearby.
Parking is in the courtyard so easy and safe.

Very good location. 5 mins walking from the city center. For the money spent, it is quite ok. Beware that they do not have breakfast and the cheaper rooms do not have air conditioning included in the price. It was not a surprise, it was clearly stated in the booking info. Overall, it's a fair price for what you get. -
