  Excellent location - right next to the Oktogon metro station and the Andrassy boulevard. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The apartment is within walking distance (20 minutes) from the Heroes Square (and zoo, baths) or St. Stephen's Chatedral (in the opposite direction). I was contacted to meet someone from the company for the key. It all went very smoothly, I would use this company again. The location met my needs perfectly, on the historic yellow line, so you have frequent and fast connections to Deak Ter and the Szechenyi baths.

  About the hotel: The services they describe on the internet are exactly the ones that you will get, so I would recommend to stay here. It was well equipped with all the kitchen stuff as well as a CD-player, DVD-player, washing machine, dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub as well as nice, modern, adequate furniture and comfortable beds. There was a balcony in the courtyard and there were even some DVD-films that you could use.   Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. Gym and pool area was real - Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond the level I expected..   This place is AMAZING. I couldn't believe what we got for the price. It's simply beautifully designed and so much space-- really a whole apartment! And it has a great location, one of the best in Budapest.   Hotellet lå greit sentralt til - the staff were very helpful n efficient. location was excellent. the morning buffet spread was very expansive too. - The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel is well connected with metro, bus and trams and commuting was easy. I would stay in this hotel again if I visit Budapest again.
