The apartment was equipped very nicely, with a good kitchen, flat TV, hot tub, balcony, and air-conditioner. It is located in a good spot and they have a parking service (for a fee). Although if you're going to stay there over the weekend, you should try to park outside the hotel and ask from when to when it is free to park just outside.

2. The staff is excellent and look very professional with uniform creating an awesome first impression and they can speak excellent English. Staff is very helpful in guiding one to the city and providing good tips. Everyone has a great cheerful attitude.

Firstly, this was our second stay, which says a lot for this hotel. The Star Inn Hotel is very comfortable, clean, well-run, and international. The staff are highly efficient and multilingual; any requirements or requests are met with immediately and with a smile. The location is central and the area around the hotel is tranquil. Nice staff, the recepcionist was reading Arany János, which qualifies for A+++++ rating in itself. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped also. The building has its own underground parking lot, which is definitely an advantage in this part of town. The main highlight of BPHome is the superb location: the House of Parliament, the Danube, the Basilica and the Andrássy Boulevard are in 5-10 minutes walking distance.

We loved this apartment set in a bustling busy square... we were greeted by Tomas who was wonderful, it was our first trip to Hungary and he spent loads of time giving us recommendations for great places to go and things to try!
The location was fantastic.. just a couple of minutes walk from the Oktogan Metro stop and very close to the main nightlife strip (but not close enough to be bothered by it)..
We explored the whole city by foot from the apartment, couldnt have been better!

Perfect location, close to all important spots but on a small street that is not noissy. Across the apartment is a beautiful sugar shop with perfect cackes, you have restaurants, supermarkets and even a market hall in walking distance.
The apartment looks very good, have everithing you might need, and is very cool inside, which was perfect since outside were over 20 degree.

The staff at the guesthouse were very friendly and informative about
Budapest. The rooms were big and bright and cleaned every day. It was
nice and warm inside (which made a big difference when it was snowing
outside). There was a wide variety of different food options at
breakfast, so everyone is catered for. They even organised airport
transfer to/from the airport. I stayed here with my mum and she
couldnt fault the place. We both loved it! :)
