We stayed here for 3 nights recently with our 10 month old daughter. Anita handled our booking and was amazing. She kept in contact with us via email prior to the booking and then via mobile phone to make sure we were able to find the apartment. She also organised airport transfers for us. On arrival there was some nibbles and a bottle of very nice white wine. The view as can be seen by the photos is only so much more satisfying when you first walk in to the apartment and perfect to end the nig.
alle vurderinger » It's a lovely apartment which suited our needs perfectly! 2-3 bedrooms, nicely decorated. A small kitchen that serves all the purposes it needs to and a small bathroom. Anita, the host, contacted us a couple of times to sort out the arrival time, which made us feel at home even before we arrived. the location is good if you prefer the quieter part of B, but want to get elsewhere quickly as Batthyany ter is just round the corner. Most baths are within easy reach as well as the sights. Mind that . This is an exceptional quality accommodation, in every respect, we had our airport-to-city transfers arranged by the owner, we were permitted to stay in the apartment a little longer - this was superbly helpful since it rained that afternoon, in every respect our stay was a real treat, at a perfect location with an amazing view. Superb apartment with terrace overlooking the Danube and Parliament building. Spacious, comfortable, clean. Great location near Castle Hill with good access to Metro and Tram. Anita was really helpful. The 95 steps meant we were a lot fitter after 3 days!. The apt. is centrally located and close to subway. We checked in late, and Zofia waited for us. She is very helpful with the information about the surrounding area. Moreover, there are plenty of travel information at the apt., so you don't need bring any!. + Nice view on Pest including spectacular sunrises. + Spacious, well furnitured rooms. + Central location of the house on the Buda side, in the midst of domestic population. + Very quiet place. + Friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was lovely, very clean and comfortable with wonderful views on the Parliament buildings. Nice bottle of sparkling wine waiting on my arrival and the owner was armed with helpful hints for my stay in Budapest. Everything: the location of the apartment (5 minutes walk from the Buda Castle and Batthyany Square), its facilities (fully furnished), the magnificent view from the terrace and the extremely warm welcome from Anita. Location, view, cleanliness and roominess. Six of us had a great time and the location turned out to be perfect for our travels to both the city and the castle. We would definately stay here if we returned. Perfect location, great owner with useful tips for our Budapest stay. Apartment has a modern design, comfortable beds and an amazing view of the Parliament building. 10 points stay. :). The best choice of our trip. Nice apartment and great location. - Kitchen equipment very basic only (those two hotplates would be nice in a museum). Not really a negative, but there are 3 flights of stairs to tackle. Good for keeping in shape, but lugging baggage all the way up may be a challenge. Nothing, everything was perfect. It is three flights of stairs but to get to the apartment. That is a part of the reason for the great view from the balcony. Everything else was ideal. There is not lift. The apartment is in good shape but the building is not. It could be trouble for somebody to reach the 3-rd floor without lift. But for us it wasnt a problem at all. For me it was ok, but it is top floor so a lot of steps to get to if you have a lot of luggage. Lots of stairs, no lift available. nothing. It is on 5th floor but no elevator, and locates neither in city center in Pest nor on castle hill in Buda. And subway is 15 minutes to walk, but very calm at night. The exterior of the building is quite run-down. Some renovation work is urgently needed. Also those stairs can be challenging. Nothing!. Generally, there are several apartments in different locations. The one I got was without any view. lies on top of a deserted house, a bit spooky they cannot accept AmEx. The whole building is being renovated. The keys to the door did not work.... 4 flights of stairs... No service besides dropping off the keys and taking our money!.
