From the metro station, the Keleti Train Station is one station away with the line M2. The Madach Theatre lies 800 metres from the apartments.

Very nice, quiet and comfortable room. It is located very close to the Blaha metro station in the centre of Budapest. We could also reach restaurants, bars and supermarkets on foot. All in all, it is a great choice if you are planning to visit Budapest. Great owner, also provides nice tips for the area and the city.. Good location. Wonderful value for money. Coffee, tea, washing machine and equipped kitchen in case (for some obscure reason) you would decide to cook. Would stay again.
alle vurderinger » Lovely attention to detail from owner who greeted us and spent time going over places to visit/things to do. Spacious bedrooms. Within walking distance of many of the main sights. Close to grocery store, restaurants. The apartment location was very convenient for the city sights. The apartment was very large and nicely furnished. Dorka made us feel very welcome and helped us with our plans for our stay in Budapest. Lovely big twin room with sky tv. Convenient kitchenett. Clean and modern shower room, possibility washing machine works although we didn't try it. Lovely and warm. Overall a very nice place to stay. A truly lovely little apartment, tastefully decorated with close to 4m ceilings. Modern fixings in a classic building.It was great to be in a residential building and off the tourist path. we loved everything. the apartment is just perfect, the owner Dorka and her mother are great! staying there is experiencing the real Budapest, 2 very short blocks from the subway. Room is very big. And location is convenient because subway station and tram stop nearby. And also many restaurants and bars are available also nearby. Very friendly owner, really willing to give lots of information on what to do/see. The apartment is big and reflects the faded luxury of a historic tenement block. The apartment is decorated nicely. The location is good as long as you accept that you are in the ruin pub district and the night time noise level is very high. central location, price, flexible check-in/check-out options. More light would be great, but so it is meant to be, I guess. The second bed was a soafer bed and rock solid - but was so tired I slept reasonably well. Father didn't like walking up two flight of stairs - there are no elevators. Arrangement for the key needs to be made prior to arrival as the appartment is privately owned. Thin door between the other appartment meant you could hear the other guests - if this bothered you?. It was noisy outside in the night due to mightbe young people in the near bar. Lots of noise from badly drunken neighbors in the first night. The unit has ac but it was not working and the weather was very hot. The refrigerator also was not working- something we discovered after buying several meals of perishable food. Some of the towels had clearly not been washed. kitchen facilities limited.
