We stayed two weeks in August and everything was perfect. The apartments are spacious and furnished with everything you need. Change of bedlinen and towels every 3 days. Wifi, TV, air conditioning and electric oven are very useful. Stefanie is always very helpful and if you need anything she helps you immediately.

It's very close to the sea. The studio where we stayed had a spacious balcony with a very pleasant view of the landscape and the sea. The garden with palm trees is very nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Generous parking is a plus. Everything is clean and the kitchen furniture is brand new.

I didn't reserve breakfast but in the morning when i saw those spectacular dishes i could not resist the temptation.

The fact that the hotel does not offer breakfast is easil -
First of all the owner is a great guy. He was very helpful, honest and told us everything we need to know about where to swim, where to eat, where to go out.
The room was very clean. The one that we stayed was small but funcional and very cozy.
Wifi was working perfectly.
We highly recommend this hotel.

The view from the balcony is excellent. Askeli beach below is the best on the island in my opinion (Love Bay is also very good). We visited late September, so the beaches were almost empty. We went to Poros town almost every night (1.5km). I can recommend taverna Platanos (up some stairs from waterfront, ask locals). The swe

Breath-taking view of the sea, clean room. Though there are stairs (70 stairs to be exact) on the way from the beach to the hotel, if you are not old and have no health problem, you can go up easily, and thanks to that location you get a splendid view and quiet location (not on the road) and healthy air with pine-trees around the hotel. The hotel is good value for money. The Askeli sandy beach is very good for children - shallow waters, no big waves.

Very calm & comfortable location.
There are two balconies in each appartment.
You can see sunrise from the second level of your appartment and it's amazing.
Each evening you can hear different sounds of nature - birds, cicadas. All time you can smell sweat taste of pines.
And, of course, the Sea. It is salt, fresh, clean. There are lot of taverns along the beach.
