The room design, furnishings and linens were very high quality. The owner Christos was very welcoming and gracious. Beautiful view from the room and the outside terrace. Breakfast on the outside terrace was very good.

Small but very nice little hotel.
Room was luxerious with excellent bed! We even had our entrance that ended up the main street!
Breakfast was home made with an omelet, grilled sandwich, self made spinnage pie, a cake and sweats! It was to good to be true! But it is true!
The owners are the most gentle kind and carring we came across on our trip in Greece!
If you go to Dimitsana, you have to see and experience this hotel!

Very clean, spacious, and very well equiped apartments! Definitelly above all other rooms in the price category during our stay in Greece (early October). This hotel really reminds me on the 4/5 stars except of 1 fact: it has great kitchen :-). Wifi worked well in the lobby and the owner told us that next year, it will be also in the rooms (the hotel's specific structure makes the task a bit more complex). Covered parking (great for our motorbikes). Quiet and nice view from balcony. Good tavern

A place we would definitely come back to. The apartment was luxurious, cleaned perfectly every day. It had a beautiful view from the balcony overseeing the town, harbour and Palamidi fortifications. This was a surprise find. Our son liked the pictures on the internet so we booked it but were not expecting too much. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The apartment with one bedroom and one sofa bed was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Would recommend it highly.

This is one of the nicest places we stayed in Greece. Despite speaking no English at all the hosts (parents of the owners who were looking after the place for low season) could not have been more friendly or welcoming. All the facilities are modern and new. When we needed something translated the owners were called and we talked to them on the phone. We had the tower room at the top and it was wonderful with windows looking out all sides.

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel in all respects. There is a good beach right in front of the hotel so actually no need to use the pool which was also nice. We stayed 2 nights and as we were travelling quite a bit during the day (do go to Mystras), we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant both nights which was very convenient.

The Mani Peninsula is rural and beautiful and well away from the normal holiday locations. Citta dei Nicliani is an enchanting retreat run by one caring family who really do understand the meaning of making the stay memorable. Anezina and Nikolas were fantastic hosts and always went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable and fun. Lovely apartment and balcony, fantastic views, friendly welcome, great local knowledge, easy to park, WiFi, etc etc - from the moment we arrived we felt completely at home and very well looked after. I loved the way original things from this beautiful traditional stone farmhouse were displayed around the house - the old iron cooking-pot, the hay-rake and the original carved shutters.
