Modern, clean, comfortable hotel in all respects. There is a good beach right in front of the hotel so actually no need to use the pool which was also nice. We stayed 2 nights and as we were travelling quite a bit during the day (do go to Mystras), we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant both nights which was very convenient.

The Mani Peninsula is rural and beautiful and well away from the normal holiday locations. Citta dei Nicliani is an enchanting retreat run by one caring family who really do understand the meaning of making the stay memorable. Anezina and Nikolas were fantastic hosts and always went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable and fun. Lovely apartment and balcony, fantastic views, friendly welcome, great local knowledge, easy to park, WiFi, etc etc - from the moment we arrived we felt completely at home and very well looked after. Very friendly, helpful owners. This is a fun place with very creative decor designed and built by Sotaris, the owner's son. Lots of hand painted details and antiques. Nice big bed, and small kitchen with everything we needed. Very short walk to center of town. Lots to do in area, from hiking to nice beaches. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

I loved the way original things from this beautiful traditional stone farmhouse were displayed around the house - the old iron cooking-pot, the hay-rake and the original carved shutters.
