Wonderful little hotel, and very well run. the owner is always on hand if there was a problem, but never was. we had a late flight home and they let us stay in the room. If you can't walk up hills and don't like donkeys, don't book it. 5star all the way. Melenos Hotel, see you next year. -

The location was really good close to other hotels and shopping area by car or bus. The staff are well spoken and very nice. The design of the hotel is brilliant :)
The beach was clean and nice, its a pebbles beach not sandy though. The water was very cold for us and it was during the month of June. -

Absolutely everything!! Amazing hotel, one of the kind that that has absolutely everything Perfect!! Kind staff always helpful and happy, excelled and fresh food beautifully served.Lovely choice of desserts, delicious cakes and much more... The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar).
Being a 5 star hotel we thaught that the cocktails at the pool bar would be much more expensive than the rest of Faliraki, But NO, it was only 0.3 cent more :) So we had a lot of those :) -

Staff people is the strongest point. They are really open and charming people, not to mention helpfullness and dedication to their job. Hotel manager, dining room chief with his wonderfull team, bartender of lobby bar and snack bar people made our stay in this hotel as just as perfect.

Our room was large, comfortable and above all it was very clean.
