For this hotel, it is definitely located in a great area, Syntagma which just a few minutes walk from the metro. The staffs is excellent, services is comprehensive. Even the decoration of the room and the shampoo also is a high level standard. Especially, there is a staff which will be birthday two days before me - 13/6. A full apt with a living room, walk-in kitchen and separate bedroom containing a pair of singles, so 3-4 fit comfortably inside and on the long balcony. Safest location, 4 mins from two Metro stops where you can pick up breakfast at the bakery and cook it in the oven. Two elevators so they always work and lovely super-friendly staff. If you are getting a price below 100euros, I cannot imagine any place that can beat this.

This hotel is situated a metro stop away from the centre of Athens (5 mins walk to metro). The front desk staff were really friendy and helpful and there was free secure parking. The route in from the airport was fairly easy using our satnav.
The rooms are a little tired, but the two room suite we had was excellent for a family with young children as the outside door could be closed at night. Breakfast was fine.
