It is a really good value for money, and a little bit more. The stay was not so long, but we noticed the professional staff, friendly and helpful. The room was always clean, and the breakfast was nice. Also the WiFi had very good speed. The location is very quiet. But if you have business in Munich, although it is not far, you will need a car (alternatively you can use the local bus lines). It was not an issue for us, as we rented a car.
