  The staff were fantastic. My partner was suffering from acute backpain when we arrived and as a result was unable to leave the hotel during our stay. Everyone was very kind, especially the lady who gave her some of her own supply of painkillers and offered to go to the pharmacy for more; nothing was too much trouble. - The hotel is "Fabulous".   We had a large room with an excellent view on the valley. The sauna, which was included, was fine. The breakfast buffet was ample and good. The staff was friendly. The hotel has a lot of facilties for people like us walking the Westerwald track.
