  The pastoral setting was lovely, amid the quiet, German, countryside near the small town of Weeze. We were warmly greeted by the owners, Patricia and Fritz, at our late night arrival.   The location at the Düsseldorf Hafen is a perfect fit allowing to be far away from the hipe of the city i.e sleeping well whilst you can fetch a taxi and be with 10 minutes at the Kö for shopping - It was absolutely lovely and the staff were amazing.   This is a great hotel and well deserving of its 4 start rating. We did get a double upgrade to the executive suite which was superb but the standard is reflected throughout the hotel.
