  I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. It was one of the best hotels I have ever used. The room was small, but cozy and very clean. Every single staff member was very friendly and caring. They treat their guests just like family members. Their breakfast was just gorgeous.   Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They always smiled and welcomed us with any kind of information. Our room was at the third floor and it was very clean and furnished of everything you need to bathe. The girl in the breakfast room was really friendly and the breakfast was good-served. I will surely come back if I ever come back to Dortmund... hva folk sier » for a football match - Staff was excellent (guy in Reception was very helpful!), the rooms are really nice, the Internet is very fast, the Hotel is very cosy and modern. The size of the rooms and bathroom is very good! We where very surprised with this hotel, will certainly come back! :) - The hotel is classy, stylish and professional. It's a great location too as it is only a minute or two's walk to the shops and about a 5 minute walk to the square where the good pubs are. The staff are very nice and one of the breakfast staff is extremely gorgeous.
