  Nice building, in a quiet place. Room is modern, clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Shower is also comfortably spacious. Real value-for- money hotel, with lovely design. So, when I come to the Dortmund area next time, I will pick this one again.

Nice and clean appartement with small kitchen which is perfect for several days (we only used the refrigerator and coffeemaker, so didn't really cook). Next to supermarket for basic needs. Owners very friendly, sent me an email beforehand and were waiting when we arrived. Because it's not a hotel, we had more privacy.

  it's a youth hostel in name but its more like a hotel. It's very clean, modern and spacious. The general decor is tasteful and it's quiet. It has 7 floors. The buffet style breakfast is simple but very nice. The room was nice and comfy. At night I couldn't hear other guests or noise from the street. It was good value for money and well located. It... hva folk sier » s across the river so to go to the city centre it's a 15 minute walk across the bridge. In the area around the hostel there are restaurants and some b - I was very surprised by this hotel! I was attending a conference and all hotels were fully booked in Cologne so the only fair option was this hotel. I was expecting a terrible hostel but actually I got a nice and spacious room with a view to the cathedral!!! The room was simple but very clean with a comfortable shower and wc. I highly recommend if you want a great location in Koln for a very good price. Staff was great, breakfast simple. The building is also new. Ask for room 703!
