  Location, quality of room, breakfast spread. Staff is very polite and friendly. This was my 2nd visit to Munich and 2nd stay at Regent as well. Definitely Regent shall be my first choice whenever I am in Munich. - very good place, near the downtown and Hauptbahnhof, very pleasant and excellent kind staff.   Best hotel we had on our trip. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious = excellent value for money! Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then. Proximity to Hauptbahhof = exce... hva folk sier » llent. Thoroughly recommend it! Breaky was great! - Good breakfast, very quiet rooms considering how close we where to the train station. other good points are- easy access to the train station and all other public transport. Also very close to tourist information

  Loved this hotel! Such good value for the price. The room was so cool/modern & very stylish as was the foyer & bar area. Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to move around. It was nice & quiet...we all slept late which doesn't usually happen... hva folk sier » especially when we have our daughter with us. We arrived in Munich by train & found the walk to the Eurostars Hotel easy even with our suitcases. - My wife has stayed at most of the top hotels around the world.The Eurostars Grand Central would give any top hotel a run for their money. The Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was well appointed,clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. The location was excellent. I would like to mention the name of one Ms.Julia at the Reception who was particularly helpful and courteous,though this does not take away from the fact that your staff is excelle
