  The staff members were friendly, nice and really helpful all the time. They were all professional and passionate to help guests. And the room was amazing with a beautiful shower and bath tub seperated with the toilet. I stayed with my boss and we could stay at the seperated space since the room had a basement area which was with a extra bed.   Excellent hotel and holiday base in a magnificent setting. Staff very pleasant and made every effort to make our stay perfect. We had a junior suite in the 'Residence', a new wing with modern décor and spacious rooms, with a large, south-facing covered balcony / terrace; we'll ask for the same next time. Our 7-year old daughter rates th - Absolutely excellent hotel situated in amazingly beautiful 'Bechtesgaden' setting. Staff is very attentive, we were warmly welcomed, and although the weather was terrible they still made our stay into a warm and cozy experience. Tastefully and warmly furnished overall, comfortable and clean rooms. Restaurant is pleasently staffed and the food is excellent, both from buffet and a-la-carte. An absolutely wonderfull experience overall! Can't say anything less! We'd love to be back soon.
