We were driving from Slovakia back to the UK and needed a motel stop point mid way. It is close to the A3 motorway and is modern ( new build) and dog friendly which we needed. It is located on the motorway but it is surrounded by forrest so it is quite a peaceful location. Good stop for a tired traveler.

Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Location was great, about 5minutes walk through the main shopping district to the old town. They do an outstanding job providing basic accommodations. There was an issue with the Internet in the lobby, so they gave me free Internet in my room, which would normally be a charge.

Right beside U-Bahn station then four stops or so into the centre - no hassle at all. Hotel is typical minimalist Ibis, clean and functional. This is great value for Munich which can be expensive to find decent accomodation in. Apart from wi-fi access not much to complain about at this price, and I would happily stay again.
