  Location, quality of room, breakfast spread. Staff is very polite and friendly. This was my 2nd visit to Munich and 2nd stay at Regent as well. Definitely Regent shall be my first choice whenever I am in Munich. - very good place, near the downtown and Hauptbahnhof, very pleasant and excellent kind staff.   I enjoyed everything about the hotel from the friendliness of the owner/staff to the attention to detail on making their guest comfortable. The only comment I would make is that the wireless internet was not accessible from the rear building where my room was located.   I loved the spacious room/apartment we got with the little Kitchenette where we prepared all our breakfasts. Lidl Supermarket is right around the corner, so it is easy to get groceries. - We had a wonderful room.
