Good city location slightly off centre. U-Bahn station only a few minutes walk away. Staff are very friendly & helpful. I stayed in a newly refurbished room which was very nice. Breakfast was extra but worth it - good value for money. A new on-site hotel bar. Lifts to all floors. English widely spoken if required. Stayed at this hotel numerous

Location. Easy quick walk to the BulowstraBe Ubahn station. Restaurants on PotsdamerstraBe around the corner. Wifi was great. I was on the ground floor in the section of the hotel that was only accessible via a quick walk through the hotel's parking area, but therefore the room was QUIET. No noise from the train outside the front. The room also felt newly renovated.

courteous staff. the receptionist was really nice and helpful whenever i needed anything. it was nice to have a wash machine on the premises as i notice is hard to find a laundromat in the city. the breakfast was wonderful. the attendant kept it well stocked and i didnt have to ask for anything. i also liked that it was right next door to the u ba

Super shower and bathroom, own kitchenette (not used), lounge with dining area and separate bedroom. Very warm on an icy couple of nights in December. Extremely welcoming staff who spoke excellent English. Spotlessly clean. Excellent rate.

When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.

Nice hotel, facilities (pool, gym), good bar with good live music,excellent service. They also rent bikes (and are close to theTiergardens) although they did not have child seat so we had to rentelsewhere (at shop next to Zoo subway) - Excellent Hotel, very good staff. Walking distance to many sites and conveniently near shopping mall with supermarkets, take out food but also many restaurants. Comments of earlier guests mentioned expensive parking. However it only costs 5 Euro per day as the information from the hotel states, you just need to arrange it with the owner.

Modern hotel interior design in modern style. If you love black and white variations in the interior and the windows in the wall - this is your varinat. Is not located in a tourist area, in a fairly quiet area. The surrounding area has biomarkety (by Haupt shatrasse).

The location was very close to the U-bahn station and supermarkets for getting food for the apartment. The area is very quiet at night and we saw no trouble.I would highly recommend staying with City Rentals for value for money. I will be choosing them again on my next trip to Berlin next year! -
