  The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, could not fault in anyway. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Dom and HBF.   It was very clean, well-located and quiet. The close proximity of the city and the abundance of public transport were also very important.   The apartment was great. It was large, well situated near the Cathedral/Train Station. The Manager (Brigette) was great and even provided a map of the Christmas Markets with a suggested route. She really did a great job to ensure that we had a nice time.   Convenient location near train station, an easy walk even with bags. But we had a car and there was also covered parking for €10 (reservation needed as they have only a few spots).   It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at...small but with a soul. We were met by the receptionist and led to our room. He showed us around and gave all the required information. Everything was a bit better than I expected.
