  The service, the enthusiasm of the hotel Team from the guy at the door to the girls in the bar and restaurant was outstanding. The service was of the absolute highest standard and quality. They all made our stay in Cologne a memorable one. Well done to the Hotel!! - From the first moment we arrived the staff was extremely helpful and kind.   Overall this hotel was excellent in all aspects, I found the staff to be the best thing about the hotel. They were so friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. This is my most favorite hotel I have stayed in for the reason of the staff and facilities. - The hotel staff was very helpful in ensuring I had plans for the evenings and helpe... hva folk sier » d secure reservations whenever possible.
