  The apartment is extremely well situated in a vibrant part of Alexander Platz. The place was clean and well appointed with all the necessary features and appliances you may need. Dorothea was a great help hanging around when we were delayed.   Great location, great apartment - clean, neat, bright, ground level. Had a grand piano which is a plus for us as my son plays piano. Easy to get to. One full/double bed and one pull-out sofa bed. Nice kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, dishes, etc. Bathroom w/tub/shower, washing machine and hairdryer included. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and very well appointed, with a dishwasher and washing machine, for which we were very grateful after being on a cycling holiday. Highly recommended.

  The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day. (Still it's an open area so you can drive in/out - We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. The internet in the lobby was quite slow but considering that it was free of char

  It was awesome to be in the hotel... Really nice atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, all services. I was in an individual room and after I moved in a shared room and both were good. The localization was perfect - preuzaler berguer- east side area with nice shops and bars and one station from Alexanderplatz... Alive music and a great place f... hva folk sier » or travelers... The best hotel /hostal I've been. - The staff were really helpful and friendly. I really like the fact that even sharing the room with other people we could have some privacy and space, having beds with courtines and drawres were we can lock our stuff. The communal areas were cleaned and the breakfast were good as well. I certainly recomment it!

  Very close to the subway station. Hostel wasn`t busy. - Wi-fi. Thanks God. But only at the reception desk. Everybody speaks english, it's good. Some restaurants're nearby hotel. Comfortable shower room. U can rent bikes.
