Exceptionally friendly and efficient service, very central to Frankfurt city centre, yet beautifully quiet as located in a residential area, neighbouring on to the Zoo, so the odd Peacock cry can be heard :). Delicious breakfast selection. All in all, I have found "my" hotel in Frankfurt, would always chose to stay at the Alexander again. - Located

Breakfast was good and open till 10.30 n(12.30 on New Years day) so was ideal for late risers. The staff were helpful and very friendly. No complaints whatsoever.

The staff were very helpful and the facility was clean and we'll appointed. Breakfast was superb.
The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Although on S-Bahn, the routes require changes to get anywhere interesting.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, to our pleasant surprise there was all sorts of good quality free goodies waiting for us as in our room (little bag of clarins cosmetics, chilled green tea and everything in d minibar was free)...not far from city centre and also quiet. Private parking at the back of the hotel was a convenience. All in all...we will go back!

I love how close and easy it was to the public transportion system, I
