Efficient, friendly and seamless service. Staff were highly professional and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. I found the staff friendly and very helpful. An example of this was despite having to leave at 5.30am on my last morning, they still produced a good buffet breakfast including fresh coffee. - Staff directed us to best food for our one night stay. Great directions in using local transit service. They also offered extra early breakfast.

For a pension it was just fine. Don't expect any 5 star hotel rooms. Simple, but convenient location if you attend a trade fair - The location of the pension in a nice quiet neighbour. It was close to the train station and major tourist attractions.

We went to Frankfurt for a concert and picked this hotel because it was across the street from the Festhalle. It couldn't have been nicer or more convenient. If you go to the fair - location is excellent. To the center it is also just 15 min walk so I explored all the city from this place. Breakfasts are very good - with all kinds of fruit and juices and oatmeals, chease and meat. Tea, coffee in the room. It is only 15 min by taxi from the airport and the railway station is 1 stop from the hotel. Will stay here the next time.

The Hotel is really very good, in a very good location (on foot 3 min away from Hauptbahnhof and 10 min from Center), very clean, quiet enough, cheap, staff was polite.
I really did not find anything bad in this Hotel and of course I recommend that to everybody who want a good place to stay without spending a lot of money!!! -
