  We went to Frankfurt for a concert and picked this hotel because it was across the street from the Festhalle. It couldn't have been nicer or more convenient. The decor was modern and fun, and the soundproofed windows drowned out the traffic. There wasn't any parking, but we took the train, so we didn't care--and it's close enough to the Bahnhof to... hva folk sier » walk to (if you're traveling lightly). No restaurant either, but the Italian place across the street was just right for a bite before the show. Highl - If you go to the fair - location is excellent. To the center it is also just 15 min walk so I explored all the city from this place. Breakfasts are very good - with all kinds of fruit and juices and oatmeals, chease and meat. Tea, coffee in the room. It is only 15 min by taxi from the airport and the railway station is 1 stop from the hotel. Will stay here the next time.

  I have to say that the Hessischer Hof is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially the head waiter who accommodated us for dinner despite us not having a reservation, The room and public areas are furnished with real taste and style.
