The guy on the font desk is an absolute dude. Allowed me to drop my bags off before check in, gave me great directions, then stored luggage after check out, called me a cab, the works. Also good location, not noisy at all, big rooms, curtains actually work (a first in germany), fresh coffee at breakfast -
