Walking distance from railway station, friendly staff, refurbished, everything brand new and clean, spacious room and large beds - Location close to the train station was excellent. Food on offer was excellent. Rooms very comfortable.

Hotel is very close to railway station you even can see Hauptbanhof building from hotel window. In the recepcion staff speaks Russian, very hospital. There is shower in the room (single room). Recepcion is on 2nd floor but there is an elevator. -

Beliggenheten av hotellet var meget bra. Gå avstand til mange fasiliteter. - Big room for a super price. very silent - staff really efficient and nice. Good TV choice of TV programs (but 16€ for a m ovie is a way too expensive). Parking under the hotel. and on top of that: the Japanese restaurant is fantastic. - Truly an exceptional business stay.

Hotel near to railway station which itself user only a 6 minute train journey from the airport. Hotel rooms were large and well appointed with chairs and table. Breakfast was very good and staff there very friendly. Pleasant large breakfast room with classical music played in the background. Delightful.

Good location, half way between train station and main shopping street / business district; easily walkable. Great friendly staff who are willing to help and advise. Very clean. This hotel is investing in reducing it's carbon footprint with solar panels and LED lighting. Worth supporting. Great value for money city centre hotel.

Reception staff excellent, all three I spoke to very helpful. New ownerstook over on jan 1st. And are refurbishing starting with the receptionarea. It is a seven minute walk to main railway station and mainshopping area and river rhine are within walking distance. Hot and coldbuffet breakfast choice excellent. Would definitely stay again. Picked up some of the cards at the front desk. Man working front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect. Would recommend to anyone. Don't be put off that it's 15 mins south of the train station - we were given free tram passes on arrival, the trams are 3 an hour, and they take 10 minutes to Konigsalee, or the Altstadt.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. very pleasant staff - friendly helpful and efficient. free wifi, nice, clean, tastefully decorated room, everything works properly - even lighting, i don't take this for granted as quite often you come across hotel rooms which are overly romantic and where you can't get a proper reading light or main lighting. great value for such a central location: 1 minute walk to Konigsallee.

Heater in the floor in bathroom. desk chair to work. TV channels choices. - Loved the room. Spacious, very clean, very nicely decorated, very comfortable. I would stay there again and again.
