As a group we loved everything about this,location is excellent for shops, eating out and bus transport, train station is an easy 10 minutes stroll, maby 15 with luggage,pedestrian area means little traffic so good nights sleep can be had, just 2 mins from a fab town park means that if u need to chill out in your own space for a while then its right there on the doorstep, we were dealing with Christine and she was an absolute angel to us even though we had to gatecrash her a night early due to .
alle vurderinger » The place is centrally located at Garmisch, near bus station, restaurants, supermarket, railway and taxis. The owners are very helpful and nice. They allowed us to take our dog and provided dog bed and bowls. The loft was very clean and providing all kitchen supplies you need for one week vacation. If you plan to use public transportation to go to the sloaps, bear in mind that the interval is quite long. However, taxi ride cost as little as 8 Eur. A full tray of cake wellcomes you in the room which is very clean and comfortable. The stuff is always there to solve any sort of problems. There is a free parking area and the apartment is at walking distance to everything you may need in Garmisch. Very nice furniture.A fully equipped bathroom and clean too.The apartment is located in a quiet location and excellent.There is a self-service laundry. -Location is excellent. Right at the middle of all the action -Spacious -friendly staff especially Christine, she was attentive to all our needs. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Spacious sitting area with large separate bedrooms with private shower. Close to shops and restaurants. There wasnt anything that we didn't like about Freiraum Zentral but it's a pity there isn't a sign outside somewhere on the building with the name as we walked past it several times on the street looking for the name Freiraum Zentral but as it seems to be part of a bigger eating house building its the name of the eating house that stands out on the wall. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was that for whole week there was no cleaning provided. there is cafe next to our room as it seems, it was a source of annoyance for us! Sofa bed is too small and never enough two. no room service !. There is no daily room service, you have to pay for the cleaning by the hour. Laundry facilities are shared & at the basement of the building. Not in room. But really wasn't a big deal for us. Too far to walk to the ski slopes. Unnecessarily complicated and small code locks in the entrance and in the door to the apartment. Hot, no AC, no screens on windows so bugs flew in when we tried to cool off at night. Washing machine was very slow (2.5 hours/load) and dryer didn't work. There was no cleaning service during my stay even I paid for it. It is after Check out. The lady on the office dose not speak english the office work from 9am to 3 pm. Washing machine broke down twice during my 4 nights stay. Tourist tax voucher arrive after 2 day n name printed on the card was not our names. There's no service at all Even the paper toilette we must To arrange & the furniture 3 stars only not more I don't like to deal with people who looking for saving money.
