During my one night stay there I met 5 people of the staff and they were all very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were modern and clean, and it was really peaceful and quiet in the room. The location was good, the main railway station was only a few minutes walk and a few minutes train ride away. It was also nice to be able to use

The hotel's fashion is new,it gives you a feeling that its a 5 stars hotel although its not,staff are very friendly,the hotel's location is excellent just 2 train stations from Frankfurt HBF,very easy to find beside Messe train station, and just 15 minutes walk from city center,it is in a very quiet area where you can enjoy rest @ night,in my next visit to Frankfurt I will sure stay again in this wonderful hotel

Can't believe it's "only" a three star hotel! Have been to several four star hotels which don't reach the standard of this one. Hotel is close to the airport, only one stop away on the "s8" train. Clean and. New with a great staff. A unique name but a good place to stay!

three stops in from the airport is the Hbf, where majority of the city's hotels are. It is also the Red Light District. Many reviews have issues with the area, but this doesnt reflect on the hotel to me. If you're in Frankfurt for more than a few nights, go further into the city or rent an apartment

Hot drink facilities even in the single rooms. Outside on the streets: prostitutes, drug dealers, mayhem. A suitable hotel for a blitz biz trip only.

The pool - The Titus thermal bath is right next to the hotel, it really is a pleasant experience in the evening. The rooms are clean, the hotel staff is polite.

The staff were very helpful and the facility was clean and we'll appointed. Breakfast was superb.
The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Although on S-Bahn, the routes require changes to get anywhere interesting.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, to our pleasant surprise there was all sorts of good quality free goodies waiting for us as in our room (little bag of clarins cosmetics, chilled green tea and everything in d minibar was free)...not far from city centre and also quiet. Private parking at the back of the hotel was a convenience. All in all...we will go back!

All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this

I am sudanese living in qatar. The hotel was v nice and i liked it a lot. Excellent room design. V friendly staff always smiling. Super fast check in and out. Although not in city center but there is a tram line that passes in front of the hotel and goes to main station, didnt use hotel internet because i was using Mobile data but the price

Bright room, nicely set up bathroom with see-thru glass at head level, nice outdoor seating restaurant, and above all it is located very close to Strassenbahn and bus stops. Very nice Spa on the 7th floor. Staff were very nice and helpful, spoke good English. All in all, I really enjoyed a relaxing and productive stay at Welcome Frankfurt.

Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation. Wait staff made arrangements for transportation to airport before we left breakfast and checked out. - T
