The total stay was exceptional. All of the staff were friendly, andexceedingly helpful. In the 3 nts that we used the Hotel, did my 3colleagues, and I, ever feel ill at ease, or unwelcome, at this superbestablishment. We will definitely be using Easybed24 for our base,whilst visiting Frankfurt. The only disappointment is that there are notmore like minded Hotels, throughout Germany, and indeed Europe. GregBothwell and M. Munir, Kareema Ltd, Skipton.

Maintenance not good--e.g., door handle came off if you were not careful, defective lock on bathroom door.Located in Frankfurt's red light district, not good if you travel with families but otherwise people from the night clubs will not hassle you. Shared showers, allthough they're cleaned very well. My room and bathroom's light bulb were broken but nobody fixs it. no breakfast. There isn't TV in the rooms and breakfast is not included. I was woken up by an employee who wanted to clean my room. opposite a homeless/drug shelter. yes my complain is that our central heating of the room did not function so i said to the staff to do something as it was very cold below 0,unfortunatley i complained many times but the central heating did stay out of order and for the cold i could not sleep.a little bit laud, because it is always music around. the hotel is ok but I wold have preferred to have a shower and toilet in my room. felt unsafe walking around at night. it was in a redlight district. it is very noisy at night, I think it is the noise from air conditioner, and it is a red light district, many night clubs and bars, feeling not safe to walk at night. A bit noisy. toilets per room. Rooms are quite simple, carpet dirty, no television.i did not received receipt on june 5. Blinds did nor reach base of window. I could lie in bed and see thepeople turn up at the office block across the street!. Luxaflex could not close to bottom of window while there where neighboors in other buildings (5 meters)! Breakfast facility is not longer available!!!!. 1. a little bit dirty and messy. The hotel doesn't have lift, only stairs. Sexy aera around this hotel, seems not cleanliness and safety. Credit card machine was broken and had to pay cash upfront which they were very insistent on. Inconvienient. No cold water in room sink. Room was not cleaned or towel changed in the 5 days I was there. Only 1 towel for 5 days. No hand towel. No bath towel for shared bathroom floor .Very poor room light. No glass in room.
