We loved how the check in and out process was smooth and efficent. We were in a location that had everything you could possibly need ie supermarket, restaurants, train stations etc
I cant complain too much but there was only 1 english speaking television channel and thst wa the news, but that was no major drama
The room was a good size for what we needed. The Kitchen facilities were great to have and the bathroom was lovely. The hotel is fairly new so the fitting are all in good condition.
The cleaning of the rooms could be improved- dirty towels not collected and glasses were not changed/washed.

Frindly staff Great lockation 200 meter from the shoping area. The apartment is big and suitable for inviting other friends and families.
The gate of the hotel is hidden and i needed time to find it.
Very modern and new, bathroom was spotless (probably one of the best I've ever stayed in), however unfortunately the floor was filthy. So much dust that any clothes dropped were covered. Good location, close to all areas when hiring a bike. Helpful personnel.
Breakfast was EUR17.50 per person which is excessive, both in terms of (cheap) Berlin prices and specifically with regard to what was actually provided. It was perfectly fine, but certainly not worth that much. Was advertised as free WIFI, but when I requested connection, the information I was given was for wired internet. There did not seem to be any wireless networks present in the building!

Great stay. Very good location and one staff member in particular was fantastic in going out of his way to help us with bookings. It seems very new and was lovely and clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was also good.
The room was pretty small, but you don't spend much time in it so not really a negative.
when i came to the hotel the nan in the reception didn't recognize my reservation... I asked for Parking as i saw on booking reservation. NO UNDERGROUND PARKING... Very difficult to find parking in the area.. so instead of travellig we have to search parking... if we would know before that is no parking we wouldn't take this hotel. WE WERE VERY DIS APPOINTED FROM THIS HOTEL.....
