Great price for a brand new and trendy hotel! Very good location for car lovers as you can admire new Porsche, Audi, Vokswagen and Mercedes just steps away from the hotel:)! In the city center but at the same time quiet. We absolutely loved it. The hotel was brand new so we got a great deal- so price for us was excellent. Being new it had funky, ultra modern decor throughout. Staff were fantastic as well. Breakfast was awesome - hot breakfast selections as well as continental.

The staff still learning (poor English), but keeps smiling and is very helpful. New, modern, clean, and neat hotel. Located in a tranquil area, and close to public transportation. The only downside was the location: fairly far away from any tourist venues. lack of sauna - still in process. Terrible reservation service - difficult contact, contradictory information, inability to deal with even slightly non standard cases. It was a little far from the U-Bahn station. Room wasn't sound proof and the hallway door was slaming behind the wall where I was sleeping causing me to wake up... but that problem was only occuring specificaly in my room (other rooms are away from that door). A bit of a walk to the U train, and nothing really in the area so you have to move to another part of the city to get bars / restaurants. no U Bahn nearby. maybe the hotel name lit up outside the hotel as its a bit difficult when driving past to see the name of hotel especially if you just arrived for first time in berlin. Wireless is not available and LAN is blocked for the majority of websites. No public transport connections nearby. Little bit far from the action in Berlin but acceptable distance. Location. Far away from U-bahn and nightbuses. Daytime bus-traffic was bearable. rather far from bus and U-bahn stations; the fact that the coffee and tea bags were not replaced; the absence of shampoo/conditioner; staff not friendly. soap in the shower and tea an coffee not filled again every day. Not so much close to the city centrum as said in the name of the hotel, but only at 10 minutes walk of the nearest station so not to bad. reception desk (night). Because of some unfinished building (renovation) works of the hotel, there are some signs missing. Older people could easily get lost inside very big building. The WiFi was not working in ALL HOTEL that evening. In morning it wasnt working yet. It's no free parking in hotel There is 2 ways Pay 9€ per day and you should go around of hotel !!!! Or try to parking closed to hotel on public free parking And on second day was a question about did I pay for breakfast , it's not clear for staff. No Information about the construction works at the Hotel area. I didn't mind, because of the Price, but just an info during the booking process would be enough. The bad in the room is not good. There was no internet connection. I think it is "too'' new hotel - the reception staff seemed like confused, they were nice, but unprofessional, without experiences (lack of given information, care of hosts...). The hotel is far from public transport. There are also too high additional costs (breakfast, drinks and services are very expensive and your final price is much more higher than you have expected). No bars around the hotel. You have to walk quite a bit to get to the restaurants. Normally I wouldnt mind, but after a long day with a lot of walking it would be nice to have them around the corner. The hotel didn't want to refund money when I told them I wouldn't come. wirless not working. we were locked in the elevator for 20 minutes! Rooms are small and the staff is not professional.
