It was a very pleasant surprise to get an apartment like that. We had read good reviews, but still reality was better. Great location, metro and supermarket are just 2 minutes walk, bus stop is around the corner. Wonderfull automatic door to the stairwell. Our apartment was just two stores from the bureau. Marianna, the manager, is very helpfull (and Eugenia too in her letters before arrival, дамы говорят по-русски). The apartment we got had 2 bedrooms, while we just needed 1, it was nice. Lots of space, big beds (double bed + sofa for 2 in one room and big single bed + sofa for 2 in another room). The kitchen was small and there was no dining table there, but it was in the bigger room. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Some useful "leftovers" from people who stayed before (magazines, booklets, artificial sweetener...) To be recommended to everybody.
Really not very important things. We missed a mirror in our hall, shelves in a wardrobe and intensity of lighting are to be improved I hope.
The location is great-near Sony Center (Potsdamer Platz) and close to the U-bahn station. There is a free public parking in about 300 m. Many shops, pubs,doner kebabs, etc. in the neighborhood. Staff were very nice and helpful.
Spacious apartment with good facilities all in working order. Lovely atmosphere.

Very nice apartments in central Berlin! Highly recommend for family with childrens! Very close to metro from where can drive to any place in Berlin!
A little bit noisy from city traffic
The location was very close to Kurfürstenstraße ubahn station. There were supermarkets close bye so we could easily buy milk and other groceries. The flat has heating system which is probably not common in Berlin.
The flat is on 4th floor (some 50+steps) without lift. For our parents, that was quite cumbersom. Also the office was closed on sunday, which means you dont get the towels changed on sunday.
The staff was more than helpful with everything. Easy access to all the attractions with a short walk to the metro or bus stop.
The kitchen and everything was very clean. Close to the subway, great location.

The accommodation was basic. OK for a close family for a short break.
A great space for the money and a large family.
Though everything else was clean, the floors were gross. Our white socks were black by the time we walked through the apt. once. When we showed the managers, they argued that it was our shoes that created the mess. But the places our shoes never touched were even worse. It had been vacuumed but had not been mopped in quite a while.
the location is excellent, it is near to restaurants, groceries, u-bahn, etc...so strategic. and the restaurants around are so cheap!
after cleaning is not included in the price, so if you stay for short period it significantly increases the rate/night. internet is not free, it is just annoying to pay additional money for internet. Bed and linen are not included in the price also. the management should review this i think.
The apartment was very near the u Bahn.
Not by any stretch of the imagination is this an apartment. It's a small room with toilet beside it and a kitchen behind a room divider. Also, I object to having to pay 25 Euros for "cleaning", only to find cobwebs in the ceiling and hairs on the bed sheets when we arrived. Totally unacceptable.
