Location! Just minutes from S-Bahn, Tram, Bus 100 or 200, Hop-on Hop-off. You could go on foot to Alexander Platz, Museum Island, the Dom,Gendanmermarkt, Unter den Linden,practically everywhere. Lots of restaurants e.t.c. nearby. Really soundproof rooms, very comfortable beds.

Expensive breakfast, no slippers or bathrobe, not enough amenities in the bathroom.

I stayed here for 3 nights for my birthday in November and we had such a fantastic time. I had requested the rooms on the top floor and my wish was granted. The hotel is absolutely lovely and clean and located in a great area with easy access to all the tourist destinations. Museum Island is only 7 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff where amazing and very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Excellent location for local area and for S Bahn service. Room facilities very comprehensive. Staff helpful and spoke good English.

Great location, easy check in, secure on site parking, internet connect was good, the apartment was roomy, beds were comfortable, bathroom well maintained, overall very satisfied with the apartment, would recommend to friends

Staff appeared to be put off, did no more than required to assist (not as friendly and helpful as other locations we've stayed in Europe)

Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. The bar manager Andre even organised my 60th birthday! Organising champagne with strawberries when I came down from my room, a taxi for the 6 of us and a booking in a fab Italian restaurant. We couldn't have been made more welcome! I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, for cleanliness comfort, modern central it has everything. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is also right next door to Hacker market and train/tube station wher there are some amazing shops bars and restaurants the best being Rocco's .

Not my first time here. I go to Berlin twice a year on business and it is great value for money, in the right location. I highly recommend it.

We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited one of the many local restaurants. Really stylish and relaxing with,again, great staff. I think the Adina chain is great. There was nothing that we didn't like.

Every need catered for, ie great hair dryer not those useless wall hair dryers. TV guide provided, little things that matter.

Location is excellent. Train stations behind and tram right beside hotel. Supermarket and restaurants are only metres from the door. Stylish modern hotel with helpfull staff. All the excellent reviews on tripadvisor were justified unlike many hotels

The location was great; the rooms were spacious and well-appointed.

The staff was, for the most part, unhelpful and sometimes curt. When I asked for restaurant recommendations, they actually 'googled' it! I thought it was strange that the hotel offered a well-equipped kitchen but charged extra for a coffee maker.

Location is excellent! Studio rooms are spacious and well-designed. Breakfast is nice but a little overpriced

Internet access has some remarks (besides it is non-free). Hope they will solve that troubles, but now if you are connecting - for example buy a 24 hours access DURING YOUR STAY - that means you can "jump on-jump off" whenever you want and spend these hours bit by bit - this is a little lie, because window with "jump off" button did't appear so you CANNON jump off that connection. Stuff know about that problem but don't tell this upon arrival.

The design, layout and fittings of the apartment were very good and the location convenient for most city attractions and venues.

The WiFi arrangements.We have come to expect basic WiFi access in the room to keep in touch with family by email.It is understood that heavy use for business purposes can be charged. A local map at a scale to show the area around the hotel within walking distance would have been helpful in the information book. The tourist maps of Berlin as a whole can't show sufficient detail.

Great location - 5 minute walk to Museum Island and the Berlin TV Tower, Plenty of restaurants nearby. Room are well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

A bit understaffed - Reception only had one person manning the desk when we checked in, with several groups in front of us this meant we waited nearly half an hour to check in.

Spacious apartment, everything modern and new. Spotlessly clean. Silent, despite the train going past nearby every few minutes. Modern design. A fully utensilled kitchenette, although we didn't have a chance to use it. Comfortable beds. I haven't slept so well - in months. A pleasure.

Room service only speak German and only evening menu in the apartment. Was so difficult to find out what we could order for lunch we gave up. This was the ONLY problem with a great place.

150 feet to the SBahn ( Hackescher market). We took the TXL express bus from the airport to Alexanderplatz, and the walked about 3 blocks to the Adina. We had a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony. A rollaway was brought in for our son. Grocery store and bakery were around the corner near Stadt Bahn, so we could buy our breakfast and eat in the room. Very convenient for a family sightseeing. To top things off, I left my computer charger in the room: I called the front desk from the train, and they charged my credit card for postage, and mailed it on to another city on our trip. I received it in 3 days. Great service!

Hotel breakfast was 19 Euros each, so avoid that. buy your own! They should have free WiFi in rooms. Actually it is free in lobby with special one hour code slips, so we just used the code slips in our room instead. It worked great and they lasted beyond an hour.
