The interior of the hotel - at least my room - was minimal but attractive and very comfortable. The bed was great, the bathroom clean, new and to a good standard, big enough and very light. The breakfast was delicious, especially in Germany where breakfasts are often very basic. Roasted vegetables and the best scrambled eggs I've had in a hotel anywhere. Sweet staff, possibly family - helpful, courteous and friendly. I was driving across Europe so no reason to come back to that town in particul.
alle vurderinger » This was a return visit for us as it is half way to our customary destination. It is easy to get off and back onto the motorway. Despite being on a busy road there was little traffic noise. The staff were as efficient and friendly as before. Room was big and clean. One bedside light was off and this was dealt with immediately . Bed was the best on our trip. No tea or coffee in the room but "on tap" in the reception room / lobby so quite happy with that. Breakfast had lots of variety. Still more. The colour of the hotel was cool, the location is good for walking in to the town and the room was large, with really comfortable beds and enough space for the kids to run around. I really enjoy the German breakfast, but the Mediterranean breakfast here was absolutely delicious and made a real change. I would go back again just to eat this breakfast!. Loved the breakfast with 3 types of eggs. Love that the hotel is green. Great location to the Rossmarkt. Beds were super soft. Room was big. Free wifi!. Overall, a pleasant hotel. The receptionist was very helpful. Good value. Good place to stay I would recommend to another people. very frendily staff and coperative and nice enviroment. Great location for access to A3 autobahn. Huge room, great breakfast!. Friendly Staff, clean room. The hotel is very near the Aschaffenburg Hochschule uas campus where I was studying. However, it is a bit far to walk from city center if you are carrying a lot of bags or luggage. There is a bus from the Hbhf which goes very near the hotel. There is a supermarket/grocery across the street. The staff was very friendly and generally accommodating. Free wireless internet service. Decent breakfast selection. - unexpectedly good breakfast for the money - very good price / value ratio. The exterior of the hotel is one of the ugliest I've seen. The architecture is awful and the colour unspeakable. But you can't miss it, I suppose. A kettle and tea/coffee in the room would have been nice. Can't think of anything; price was good and we read what was on offer before we booked. There were no real curtains in the room so the light from the street came into the room and disturbed the children's sleep. The bathroom window didn't have any curtain at all; We had to keep the bathroom door open to obscure the view in through the window from the street. Otherwise people outside would simply be able to see you taking a shower or sitting on the toilet. The attention to detail is lacking, e.g no blinds or curtain in the bathroom window (facing the main road). No bar/lounge area where you can get a drink. The hotel has apartments nearby whose residents are sometimes loud at night, but not terribly so. During summer, the rooms are incredibly hot and there are no fans available. Warning for American travelers: bring your own alarm clock, none are provided. rooms are newly reconstructed and fairly big. but lacking some genius loci.
