The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).
If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street.
The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day.

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. The hotel is surprisingly posh, we didnt expect such a caliber when booking it. The staff is very polite, very helpful, and it is easily accessible through U-bahn and S-bahn. - The hotel was excellent and if I understood right, opened just a couple weeks ago. I hope it will keep it´s high standard also in future.

We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. This is my most favorite hotel that I have stayed in during my 2 month trip through Europe. The price was definetly affordable for the accomodations, the staff was incredibly helpful and I really couldn't of asked for a better room.
