Whilst the hotel is extremely dated (80's) it is clean and tidy. It's also spacious - both in the rooms and the public areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice staff, very helpful - they set up a new table when they saw there was no free table for us for breakfast - and speaking English. The rooms are clean, some have a balcony even though it is not advertised, there are a few English channels on TV and the hotel is very close to the highway and to the center of Augsburg, with a giant free parking.

I booked a double room for my family, but upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite. I guess the room was available and we were allowed to enjoy it at no extra charge. ... hva folk sier » en that a customer gets more than expected! - We got a large suite - 2 rooms - open plan with kitchen and living and bedroom, large bathroom with two basins (!) because we had booked a room with a kitchen and this was the one available. It was excellent value ofcourse. The kitchen has everything one needs including a microwave, but bring your own utensils. The rooms were clean and everything was in order.

For me Location was great advantage for 2 reasons, first and foremost it is very close to Very Big Mall City Centre which offers lot of options for shopping and is full of some good restuarants...also there is one convenience store in mall, where one can buy all the routine stuff at good price..second it was also close to exhibition centre in mess

Helpful and pleasant desk staff who all seemed to speak good English. The hotel must be very new - everything was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Room was quite large by German standards, with twin beds, a sofa, and desk with chair. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast buffet (included) was very good.

Super !!!!! - As roadside hotels are often little patches of paltry purgatory, this one is very different. While facilities are understandably spartan, the rooms are spacious, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are most helpful.
