Close to airport, airport shuttle was convenient. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Free wifi.
no toiletries provided other than one tiny bar of soap. No ironing boards, hair dryers etc... Rooms were clean but very worn. Overall ok for the money but I wouldn't rush back.
Very convenient to the CDG airport with free shuttle to the airport train system for access to all terminals. Staff was friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke English. I needed help with the in-room free wifi and the door locking mechanism and received it quickly. Very clean and comfortable rooms for a fraction of the cost and not much farther away. Another party took a taxi from the airport and it only cost 26 Euros.
No restaurant on site, but several are within a 5 minute walk. I had heavy suitcases and was happy to have been offered a ground floor apartment. I saw comments about noise from the airport, but I stayed in the fall and the windows were closed so it didn't bother me at all.
Arrived late on Friday night but got a great sleep. This made my 12 hour flight to Seattle the next morning a pleasant trip.

Lots of space. We had a bedroom with 2 single beds and a living room with kitchen area. Very nice and very clean. Very friendly staff.
The location was great, near the airport, and they have their own shuttle. Space was wonderful. Room was simple and plain but perfect for an overnight stop before flying.
The recptionist messed up the cost of the room, failed to give us wifi info and we did not get a wake call as requested! We were on the ground floor but couldn't keep the windows open because of security and safety. And the lobby coffee was ice cold!

Taxis from CDG seem to have trouble finding the hotel. The first driver took our bags back out of the cab and wouldn't even try!

Quiet location not too far from airport. Shuttle bus is an excellent service. Clean and new.
Could not turn off the air conditioner. TV light on in bedroom was bright blue and you couldn't turn it off. Paying a 20 Euro deposit to use an iron.

Although the place is pleasant and in good condition, age seems to be beginning to show.
we were surprised at the size of the place, it was an apartment, we were expecting a room. The quaintness of the town we thought it would be an airport hotel with nothing around.The staff was very helpful, showing where to go to shop or eat.

Huge room--actually an apartment. Desk staff was very accommodating and sent an e-mail for me after I had difficulty getting into my e-mail account. Having a Carrefour close was a bonus.
Lock system seems a bit gimmicky but once I got accustomed to it, it seemed to work well. Microwave symbols not terribly intuitive. Hot water was lukewarm at best. Glad I was no higher than first floor as I was schlepping a large suitcase.
Very clean and modern room. Shuttle bus to airport-Very pleased with that. Reception helpful. Staff helpful. When one shuttle bus was full they supplied another driver. Good value for money.

Brownie along with Property Manager Muhammad were very courteous and welcoming. The lady property manager was caring and empathetic about an incident (theft) we encountered.
Two unit's balcony that were connected by a common breachable glass divider. We happen to have left our balcony / patio door open on a 3rd floor unit and we believe some one breached our unit because of easy access.

The airport shuttle could be more frequent. Be sure to book your seats in advance as the van only holds 8 people
Large rooms, great for couples with children. The kitchen has everything ready to prepare some food. Shower and badhtub.
Towels is changed every four days, so it's good to have your own towels. Transportation from the hotel to town-Paris, very bad and very poor the punctuality. Was of one hour from time.

We needed somewhere close to the airport for a very early morning departure. This was ideal and the planes weren't noisy at all if the windows were closed. No problem as the rooms airconditioned. Apartment style living all self contained but serviced by hotel staff if needed. Good for families, couples or groups of people. A bit far out from city but buses run. Small village few shops, good restaurants.
Much less expensive and airport-accessible for early morning flights than core Paris hotels. Nearby village grocery stores very convenient and kitchenette means you can have many meals in unit. Clean and spacious compared to core Paris.
"Nearby" outlet mall (Usines) actually a 16 Euro taxi ride from hotel. Early flight before shuttle starts resulted in 20+ Euro fare. Late (3:00PM) check in time. Some noise from many CDG flights overhead but you get used to it.

We needed a place to stay close to CDG Airport and Roissy S&A met that need. It was easy to access, the room was comfy and the Roissy village just a few hundred metres walk away.
The units seemed more like apartment homes for airport workers - a lot of noise and cigarette smells during the night.
We liked the helpful staff at the front desk. They were always willing to answer our questions. Good price for a clean place to stay with a kitchen. Liked the location. We could go into Paris on the train or stay and relax in the Roissy village.
The sofa bed in room 209 needs repair. We didn't use it to sleep on but it needs repair even to sit on it.

Had some difficulties with WIFI.
The staff was excellent as were the rooms and the service. Considering it was next to the Charles De Gaulle airport and all the noise that goes along with that, I still have no complaints.

You can't beat the price!
The shuttle service was a bit of a challenge as in the evenings it only operated every hour. It was also disappointing that you could not get a taxi to take you to the hotel from the airport as they all only wanted trips into Paris.

Our host Hugo was excellent and helped us with everything. Jean Pierre, our driver, was suberb and got us to the airport easily and comfortably.
The apartment was very nice, new and clean. We really liked it there, staff was friendly and helpful all the time. Shuttle bus service was great as well. Shops were close to the hotel. We had a very good time and would definitely recommend it and stay again.
Just 1 minus, which was bad Vi-fi connection. Wasn't working all the time.

Wait for shuttle bus from airport to Sejours & Affaires 30 minutes while others in Roissy village came more frequently. Waiting kiosk not clearly marked as others for Roissy came to another location and it is easy to get them mixed up and we waited at the wrong platform.
We liked the service, the rooms, the environment. Everything was really pleasurable. The shuttle service back to the airport was great.
Maybe a little bit the distance and taxi drivers didn't know where it was.

As a transit hotel around Charles de gaulle.. it is very budget friendly and conviniently located with free shuttle.
The timetable for shuttle bus should be more often. As this is more like transit hotel. The added frequency would make it more convinient.
