  Staff was very accomodating. Since there is no elevator, and I was staying for just one night traveling with a heavy suitcase following a business trip, I was offered a room on a lower floor and the staff carried my bag to the room. They provided a map of the city and directions to local sites. Biarritz is beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room was clean, staff friendly, and it was close to everything. Very quiet, great water pressure in the shower, and the whole place smells lovely (of lavender). A very nice experience.

  It was clean, comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It is in the heart of this beautiful city and the beach is so close by. I would really recommend this hotel to a friend. - Very friendly staff and a lovely room. Would recommend to anyone passing through Biarritz.
