  We liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the situation of the hotel which was close to the ski runs. They had ski storage rooms. Half covered parking space is helpful in winter. - the piste which leads you to the telecabine, is directly near the hotel. the staff is very friendly

  We loved this place! The apartment was really cool, exactly how it is in the photos. There is everything you need if you want to self cater, or it is in the middle of a pedestrian street with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Annecy was such a picturesque town, we used the apartment's bikes and rode around the lake. So beautiful! Having an apartment with cooking facilities let us take full advantage of the amazing fresh food markets in to nearby square- a nice rest from restaurants when travelling. The apartment is thoughtfully appointed.

  The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautifully situated with balconies on both sides of the building overlooking the lake and the mountains. The apartment had everything you needed and it was clean and bright.

  This was our first family ski holiday. Our children are 5 & 8. We booked lessons for us all. The location was perfect to walk to ski lift every morning. There was a nice sledge area by our chalet. Pool was clean & nice area to relax after skiing.
