  Location was fantastic, staff is extremely helpful and polite. Good english as well. The hotel is just fresh refurbished, and very very nice. Will stay there again. - Excellent location, for sights and shopping, small friendly hotel, clean, comfortable and all the facilities at hand.

  The room was so lovely: warm and comfortable. The space was used very well and the room had a nice luxury to it. It can be hit and miss in a big city but this was just perfect for returning back to after a long day of business.   I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. The staff were outstanding, and the location of the hotel excellent.   Found to the hotel to be extremely comfortable. Did not eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was quite good. Right beside Galeries Lafayette and alot of other shops but a little further away from the main tourist attractions that I thought. They upgraded our room also because we had a baby with us and it was of a bigger size. We thought this was especially kind.
