  Utrolig hyggelig personale, de var kjempe hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilte. Renholdet var veldig bra, høy standard i forhold til våre forventninger ut fra pris. - Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay.   The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was gleaming clean, and I felt very at east and safe there. It has fairly good transit connections (by Metro and RER) and is just on the outskirts of the "main attractions". Air conditioning - - Hotel arranged for pick up from train station, which worked out quite nicely - Picked the hotel on purpose away from station, as arriving and departing stations were different. - Location is still very good, right on Metro stop, and next to terminus for 2 buses, which go to Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame and Gare du Nord. Made it easy for us to get on the bus with our luggage to go to Gare du Nord. Also found Subway and an Indian restaurant practically next door, which took care of our food needs.

  The room was clean when we checked in and was cleaned during the days. All of the personel were helpful and was polite accept one. Quite nice location, not in the center but not to far away from the sights. - The helpfullness of one of the reception staff who served us breakfast before 7h00 which is the usual timing.
