  The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were adequate. Nothing fancy and met our needs. TV, non smoking rooms parking garage and easy walk to the train station. Easy to find the hotel however parking could be a problem as there are limited available spaces compared to ration of rooms.   Very quiet and cosy, with really friendly staff which for me is an important aspect. Personally, I adored the location, which is not into the turistic area but not too far away (though consider taking 2-3 metros before getting into central Paris).   The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was very close to the Metro Station making is easy to get around the city. There were "4" people in our group and having "2" bedrooms/bathrooms was awesome. After being out all day, it was nice to have such a spacious place to return to for the evening.   I booked the Tonic because I liked that it appeared to be in a genuine Parisian style and wasn't disappointed, the rooms had a nice appearance and has retained some of the buildings original features. It even had its own courtyard off my ground floor room. The staff went out of their way & were sincere in ensuring it was done even though it was fully packed over the week. I really appreciate the effort.
