Friendly and helpfull staff. Especially the receptionist who worked at daytime.
Location is great. Very busy bld de Batignolles is just around the corner, Place de Clichy (and metro Clichy) is 2-3 min on foot, and the hotel is on quiet and safe street.
Fully renovated rooms, very clean. Very comfortable bed.
Free coffee (there's no breakfast at hotel at all, but that's not a problem, there are a lot of nice places around).

I had a very nice 3-night stay. The staff is super-friendly and helpful, letting early-arriving guests park their bags well before the official check-in time (wish i'd known that!). Excellent location: the hotel is in a nice area. Main attractions is in within walking distance (10-45 minutes), or you can use subway (5 lines are next to hotel).
Rooms have normal sizes for a comfortable staying.
Soundproofing (there was some trafic noise from the street, but no noise from neighbors).

The location is excellent as it is so close to the city centre. The hotel service far exceeds expectation in that staff went out of their way to be helpful especially the Manager Sigolene. If you prefer, you can use English all the time. Well recommended and thank you!

I loved this little hotel! It is in a fantastic convenient location. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was extremely accommodating. It will be my hotel of choice next time I'm in Paris (in fact, I almost hesitate to give it such a good review in fear that I will find it booked when I'm next looking to go!). The room was very comfortable and cosy though itz small but I prefer it that way. And the location was great too...10 mins walk to eiffel tower. Breakfast was good value for money since I dun eat pork. I made a good choice by selecting this hotel. - Good area. Close to the Eiffel Tower.
