The staff are very helpfully (most of them speaks English very well), room is clean, furniture is very well kept, decoration is very nice as well.
Location is about 10min to the subway station. The neighborhood is nice and looks safe. There are many small shops next to hotel (Bakeries, pharmacies, small markets).
We took the superior double room.

Very nice, newly renovated hotel. Comfortable bed, very nice bathroom. Friendly front desk staff. Free and fast wifi. 5 minutes walk to 2 metro stations. Good price for Paris hotel in prime season, especially one newly renovated and with air conditioning. Also has in-room refrigerator. Request a corner room when booking, so you have windows on two sides of the room.

My overall stay at the hotel was excellent. The location was good as my main reason for visiting was the Eiffel Tower. The staff were friendly on our arrival and at any time we met them. express, and the guy in the front desk helped me to call the service
center for almost half an hour. The breakfast is delicious and the
manager is very kind in serving and offering help. Quiet place, also
near the metro so very convenient. Nice choice for travel in Paris. -

- Very quiet and clean in a good and safe area of Paris. Close to the subway. We had breakfast even if it wasn't included in the price. The host was also fantastic very easy to deal with for the check in and check out he even took our luggage upstair !! :) The studio was a bit tiny but very well arranged and very clean.

really nice apartment in a nice and safe area, with some little free extras. The room looks new + clean and has a really nice design. Quite small but everything is included what you need.

The staff were helpful in helping us research day trips to wineries and Monet's garden. I would stay there again when we return to Paris.

The place where the hotel is situated, the contemporary look - compare to other Parisian hotels it is new, however it is "Ikea" new, do not think it is a design hotel...It is convenient if you are staying for couple of days, not the kind of hotel where you can have the ultimate Parisian experience though...
