The staff. Especially at breakfast, this lady was so warm and welcoming.I wish I asked for her name. Also compliments to Jean, Manuel, Gaelle,Fanny and Amadou who each was helpful in their own style. Thehousekeeping in charge was also very efficient as they noticed that mywash-basin drainage was not working well (as I took out the plug) andrepaired it promptly and discreetly the next day.
The aircon (although I did not often) has a musty smell...also the tv,I could not switch off easily so had to leave it on (but on mute) whenI leave the room. Somehow the housekeeper could turn it off though. Idid try a few times but not by pressing the "on/off" button on theremote, to switch off the tv. Other than that, everything else workswell in the room.

I was a little suprised by the size of the room, it was quite small.
Very helpful staff, location with great proximity to underground, good value for a quad room.
The room sizes in Paris are quite small and I expected that, but if there would be any room for improvement, it would be more space to place luggage (we were 4 people traveling for 3 weeks in various climates so we had 6 pieces of luggage) and access it easily. There were no US adapters at the hotel, which we had been told they had, so we could not charge a number of our electronic items.
