Nice room, 3 beds, desk, sink and clothing rack. Plenty of space. Quick service and no hassle. Good location and easy to find.
Breakfast was terrible, so bring your own. Shower is in a booth in main room, so no privacy if you are using room with multiple people. When traveling alone, it is perfect though.

Great value for money, staff were really helpful and friendly as were the other guests. I read the location was in a really bad area and was abit worried but it really wasnt that bad. The walk from the hotel to the station/tram/bus was only 2 mins walk.

The Hotel was near to the Metro and also the AutoBahn, value for money, The staff is good and safe place.
When you go into the room, you'll see it looks definitely the same as the photo they post on the website. It's very clear and bright. There were two if us lived in a three-person room, so it's really comfortable for us. The best thing is the wifi is able in your room! As to the shower, it's really nice with the hot water coming so fast! The toilet is clean also. There is no locker on the dor of the toilet, so you can't lock the door!
There's no hot water for drinking unless you are able to the breakfast. During the night we want to have some instant noodle, its a troble for us without hot water! The seat is bad. No shops around. You can walk for five minutes to the road nearby to look for some shops.

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is very frendly and helpful. Free wifi and air conditioning, secured underground car park - good value for money. The metro station is about 5 minutes away on foot.

Location was good, you can walk the subway station and then youcan go the centrw of Paris. But in this area, Black people lives there and it looks like really really dangerous to us especially when it gets dark..!! if you have money to stay in the centre of paris you can choose it. otherwise you have to come back hotel before it gets dark.

We thought its close to the CDG airport, well, it is. However, there isnt a bus can take us directly to the airport. We have to walk to a bus stop then take the bus to a close metro station, then get on the tube you do need to change for another line !!!! Its complicated.
You have charged me twice for staying in your hotel. You have managed to charge my debit card although you advised I couldn't pay using it & it was in the uk during my stay! Not impressed or happy
Our room was suprisingly big room, good breakfast, a lot of things needed possible to buy in a machine in an entrance hall (tickets, map,..)
We had a triple room - one big double bed and one single bed - on te single bed there was only a blanket, which was too thin, I asked for some extra one, because I was cold at night, but they coudn´t give me..

the location is very bad, looks dangerous around. Even walk from The metro, that it is 500metros aways, it is not a nice way at all. There are not restaurantes around (only the novotel hotel beside) They dont have hair dryer. The didnt have hands towel.

horrible area! homeless, drug addicts, alcoholics everywhere large garbage piles in each corner. lonely and dark road if you come late at night. tried to take a different route from the metro so you did not have to go by there but the other way was as bad as the other. if you rent a car or take a taxi every day to and from the hotel so there is no problem because then you see nothing of this but if you are going to use public transportation, I can absolutely not recommend this area!

Neighbourhood was not save to walk at night. So going to the city centre and coming to the hotel late at night was not an option. We had to travel by car and thus made more expences (parking/gas)

The breakfast was not worth paying for. It was one big chaotic mess and we had to wait 15 minutes for food to be restocked.

Good location, it's easy to reach by car and the metro is not too far. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are clean.
The reception was disappointing. You had to wait a long time. The lady at the reception was very unkind. They invoiced the city tax 6 times instead of 4 times and she didn't want to listen or help us out. Every time we asked something she was not very happy to help us. The guy that was there in the evening finally admitted they made an error and helped us out. But they preferred to help others when it was our turn. They wouldn't let us check in earlier. Luggage costs 2€/piece.

I didnt like the fact that the name etap hotel is not displayed anywere on the building, the hotel was actually the ibis budget hotel.the only place the name etap appeared was on the floor in reception. because of this we drove around for two hours trying to locate it.

Location! Its really bad! The area around the hotel and the line 12 (Metro) is really dangerous! Everyday was an odyssey to go out and go back to the hotel! The staff is rude and unfriendly!

The sheets reeked of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was very poor (for 6e you would expect more).

The staff was very rude. Parking is not on site. They just use another hotels garage. A/C did not work. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed at many Ibis budgets and they have all but this one been outstanding.
